  •  Testimonial interview with Victor, a farmer and former civil patroller. Victor talks about the events leading up to the December 4, 1982 massacre of 47 people from Panacal village. He says that the army and patrollers from other areas came to Panacal, brought people to Chilaguna, and were responsible for their murders. Victor says that he witnessed the tortures, but not the murders. He lists the names of the people who were tortured, and those who died in Chilaguna. Victor also describes how he was forced to bury those who had been killed in front of their homes on the previous day. Victor lists the names of the patrollers who perpetrated the murders in Chilaguna.
